Twitter user @BrittneyBush delivered a few tweets today that revealed a whole other side of the secure scheduling debate: the way unpredictable, unstable schedules in retail & food service affect everyone. We'll let Brittney explain in her own words:

Our longtime babysitter finished college and, in the absence of jobs in her field, got an SA position at a major retailer.
