Your workplace may have a sign saying “All are welcome except ICE,” and that’s great! But while a sign shows solidarity, it isn’t enough to keep each other safe.

Workers have protections against unreasonable searches and seizures under the 4th Amendment.

Come and learn about this and other rights, and discuss strategies to keep each other safe by organizing a shared plan. Then, you will have the tools to make a plan to protect yourself and your coworkers if ICE attempts to enter your workplace.
