If you're a domestic worker, you won't want to miss the upcoming domestic workers council! Domestic workers from across Washington are coming together to join the fight to win the Domestic Workers Bill of Rights for workers outside of Seattle. The domestic workers protections in Seattle are working since they went into effect all the way back in 2019 and it is time to extend protections to workers outside of Seattle by passing statewide protections like 12 other states have already done!

The next meeting is Wednesday January 28th.

Trabajadores de todo Washington nos estamos uniendo para luchar por la Carta de Derechos de los Trabajadores del Hogar para extender nuestras protecciones afuera de Seattle. Las protecciones en Seattle están funcionando desde que entraron en vigor en 2019, y es hora de ampliar las protecciones a los trabajadores fuera de Seattle mediante la aprobación de protecciones a nivel estatal, como ya han hecho otros 12 estados.
